Balsamic from Modena thrives on contrasts. It lifts the sweetness of the figs and the saltiness of the cheese without a heavy sauce.
Alongside a cheese board or as a dinner starter.
A starter that balances sweet, salty and sharp – or something between a dessert and a cheese board.
