Biscuits and cakes baked to traditional recipes from local ingredients are the perfect finish to a meal or a coffee break. The cantucci biscuits in Olivo's selection come from Prato, where Biscottificio Antonio Mattei has been baking its world-famous biscuits to the original recipes for more than 160 years.

Our selection also includes Mondo di Laura's artisan biscuits, awarded by Gambero Rosso, soft amaretti, panforte and seasonal sourdough cakes such as panettone and pandoro, as well as colomba cakes in spring.
