Panforte is a dessert from the city of Siena in Tuscany, made from caramelised fruit, nuts, honey and spices. This delicious cake, free from preservatives, is often served as a dessert with coffee, tea or wine, but it also works beautifully on a cheese board.

Classic: Ingredients: almonds 23%, candied lemon (lemon, glucose syrup, cane sugar) 19%, sugar, wheat flour, candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose syrup, cane sugar) 13%, honey, wafer (potato starch, water, olive oil), spice mix (coriander, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, allspice), natural vanilla flavouring. Produced in a facility that also handles: milk, eggs, soy, nuts (almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts and walnuts).
"Antico": Almonds 21%, candied lemon (lemon, glucose syrup, cane sugar) 17%, candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose syrup, cane sugar) 17%, wheat flour, sugar, chopped hazelnuts, honey, cocoa powder, water, potato starch, water, olive oil, spice mix (coriander, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, mace, allspice, allspice). Produced in a facility that also handles milk, eggs, soy and other nuts (almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts and walnuts).
