Biscotti di Prato, also known as cantucci, made to Antonio Mattei's original recipe, are an important part of Tuscan food tradition. This traditional almond biscuit is lovely served as dessert, for example with Vin Santo dessert wine.

The biscuits are made from just five simple ingredients: flour, sugar, free-range eggs, almonds and pine nuts – with no preservatives and no animal or vegetable fats.

INGREDIENTS - Wheat flour, sugar, almonds 20%, free-range eggs, pine nuts. May contain: butter, soy, pistachios and hazelnuts.

Dark chocolate cantucci

The biscuits are made from just four simple ingredients: flour, sugar, free-range eggs and chocolate – with no preservatives and no animal or vegetable fats.
