Classic pesto with Genovese DOP basil is one of Italy's best-loved sauces.
Ursini's sauce, made from fresh basil, contains only the finest, most authentic
ingredients: virgin olive oil, pine nuts and aged Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.
The pesto makes an excellent pasta sauce, also seasons vegetable soups and works as a filling for canapés and sandwiches.
Ingredients: Genovese basil DOP 45%, basil 26%, extra virgin olive oil, Grana Padano cheese DOP (cow's milk, salt, rennet, preservative: egg white lysozyme), cashew nuts, pecorino romano (sheep's milk, salt, rennet), pine nuts, garlic, acidity regulators: lactic acid, ascorbic acid.
