Bamboo matcha scoop
The La Via del Tè Chashaku is a traditional matcha scoop carved from a single piece of bamboo. It makes it easy to transfer matcha powder from the tin to the bowl and measure it out before whisking.
How to use
Measure matcha powder into the bowl with the chashaku and prepare the drink with a chasen whisk.

Care
Wipe the scoop dry after use. If needed, rinse quickly by hand and let it dry completely before storing. Do not soak the bamboo scoop in water.
