Details
ReModena raspberry balsamic is made from a combination of balsamic vinegar of Modena aged in oak barrels and raspberry juice. It is pink and clear, with an intense, pleasant and delicious aroma, just like a ripe raspberry. The flavour is bold but not aggressive.
Concentrated grape must, wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar of Modena, raspberry juice, natural flavourings.
Good as a salad dressing, with starters, in marinades and even on ice cream.
