Sicilian acacia honey is pale, clear and delicately mild. Its gentle sweetness carries light floral and vanilla notes. Use it on bread, in yoghurt and porridge, to sweeten drinks or alongside cheese. Acacia honey naturally stays runny for a long time, but crystallisation is also completely normal.
