Sicilian lemon blossom honey is a pale, elegantly aromatic honey with a fresh, floral scent and a gently citrusy flavour. It is excellent on bread, in yoghurt and porridge, for sweetening drinks and alongside cheese. Natural crystallisation is normal for honey.
