Yin zhen white tea
La Via del Tè Yin Zhen, or Silver Needle, is a Chinese white tea made from tip buds covered in pale down, picked in early spring. The pale infusion is refined, smooth and naturally sweet.
Taste and use
A floral, velvety tea with hints of honey and roasted chestnut. Use 2.5 g of tea per 200 ml of water at 80 °C and brew for 4–5 minutes.
